AI Integration Strategist · Speaker · Educator

AI that earns its keep — in the businesses that run America.

I help small and mid-size businesses hand AI the wheel of the revenue engine — and I teach their leaders and teams how to stay the craftspeople, not the cogs.

Four decades of technology revenue. One focus now.

The through-line of my career is making new technology produce revenue — and building the teams and cultures that sustain it.

My career spans Global 100 corporations — including SoftBank and T-Mobile — to private-equity-backed companies and start-ups. I've served as a chief revenue officer rebuilding underperforming sales organizations, cutting revenue-generation costs in half while growing strategic product lines over 400% in ten months. I've turned around twelve markets from last to first, with an average turnaround of ninety days, and opened the global systems integrator market with firms including HCLTech, Wipro, IBM, and Tata Consultancy Services.

I was building the future before it had a name: the first digital provisioning systems for every RBOC and long-distance carrier in 1996, the first global IP-based network installations for Jones Lang LaSalle and Northern Trust, and, as Head of IoT Development from 2012, some of the first overseas IoT shipping and manufacturing-camera designs for robotics.

Today that experience goes to the businesses that need it most. As a business consultant with the Florida SBDC at Florida Gulf Coast University, I advise small and mid-size firms across five Southwest Florida counties. As a strategist, speaker, and trainer, I take the same playbook national.

Signature frameworks

Every engagement runs on methods refined in the field and grounded in research — not tool demos.

Method

Workflow-First AI Integration

Start with the revenue-generating workflow, not the tool. Map who owns the funnel, score which workflows AI can own outright versus assist, and sequence the first ninety days so they pay for the next nine months.

Model

The Centaur Model

Human-AI partnership done deliberately: the judgment stays human while the horsepower compounds. A working model for teams deciding what to delegate, what to supervise, and what to keep.

Story

Cogs to Craftspeople

The narrative that brings skeptical teams along — automation isn't about replacing people with machinery; it's about returning people to the craft the machinery took away.

A real future, already on the P&L.
Drones, digital twins, and robotics — grounded in today's budgets, not tomorrow's hype.

Speaking & training

Keynotes, breakout sessions, and hands-on workshops for executive teams, industry associations, and customer events — built for real engagement, never surface-level.

What's key right now

AI for HOAs & Community Management

From resident experience to proactive maintenance — how community management becomes full-service, and what boards should ask for first.

AI for Construction Safety

Computer vision on the jobsite, predictive risk before the incident, and damage prevention that starts before the dig.

Data Security in the AI Era

The first question every owner asks, answered practically: what never leaves the building, how to vet vendors, and guardrails a small team can actually run.

The Solopreneur's AI Advantage

One person, full stack — when you are the funnel, AI runs it or nobody does. The complete one-person revenue engine.

Marketing That Wins the AI Answer

Not about keywords. When customers ask AI instead of searching, the game is becoming the answer — authority, visibility, and being cited by the machines.

Lead Generation with AI

Scoring, first-touch, and follow-up that never sleeps — agents that fill the calendar while your people close.

The Automated Front Office

Scheduling, social media, and follow-up that run themselves — the operational busywork AI should already own.

The AI-Ready Small Business

The workflow-first playbook for firms from solopreneur to 500 employees, with 90-day sequencing.

Advisory & consulting

For owners and executive teams who want AI producing measurable revenue — not a shelf of unused licenses.

AI Strategy

Workflow-first assessments, revenue-focused roadmaps, and the build-buy-partner decisions that follow. Priorities that invert correctly at every company size.

Training & Enablement

Hands-on AI training for teams — from prompt fundamentals to agent-assisted pipelines — designed so Monday morning looks different than Friday did.

Leadership Development

Executive offsites, team design, and culture building for the AI era — drawing on a career of turning last-place organizations into first.

Practice grounded in research — research sharpened by practice.

I'm an Ed.D. candidate at Florida Gulf Coast University conducting IRB-approved longitudinal research on AI integration and critical thinking — how people keep judgment sharp while working alongside machines that think fast.

It's the question underneath every engagement I take: not whether AI can do the work, but how organizations adopt it without hollowing out the human capability they'll need next. My clients get advice that's been tested against evidence, not enthusiasm.
